- The navigation bar at the top is the main guide to help you browse items. It contains all the different product categories (Razais, Blankets, Stoles etc.)
- To reach the landing page of a particular category, click the title of that category. For example, to reach the Bedspreads landing page, click on Bedspreads title in the main menu.
- You can also reach the product listing page by hovering your cursor over the category in the main navigation bar, and clicking on the subcategories in the drop down menu.
- Each product category can be sorted through default sorting on the right side and can also be filtered based on color and price to the left.
- Once you see an individual item on the product listing page you may click on it to get detailed information, color swatches and closer images.
- The top of every product has a trail or breadcrumb which shows where you have been. To return to a previous page or subcategory, you can click on this trail which will bring you back. You can also go to the left Navigation Bar to move to a different product category.
Setting up an Account
- In order to add items to your shopping cart and make a purchase, you do not need to establish an account , though you can enjoy value added features such as access to the Customer Loyalty Programme by creating your own account on stoleandyarn.com
- To set up an account, go to My Account.
- You can also continue shopping as a Guest Shopper, and during checkout you will have the option of signing up for a new account.
Adding Items to your Shopping Cart
- When you are ready to add an item to your shopping cart, you need to enter the quantity only. Then click on the Add to Cart button.
- You will see a green bar on the top of the product page giving you a confirmation that your product has been successfully added to your cart. You will also find an option to view cart in red at the end of the green bar.
- You can get a mini view of your cart by hovering your mouse over the Cart Icon on the top right hand corner.
- You can either continue shopping or head straight to your cart either through the above defined option or through the Cart option/Cart icon on the top right hand corner.
- You can continue to add items to your shopping cart until you are ready to Checkout.
Reviewing and Changing the items in your Shopping Cart
- You can review and/or change the items in your shopping cart at anytime.
- To delete an item, simply click on the X button.
- Once you are satisfied with your order, you can start the checking out process by clicking on “Proceed to Checkout” on the Shopping Cart page. This takes you to the Checkout page.
- On the Checkout Page, you can choose to checkout either as a guest, or as a registered customer. To checkout as a registered customer, click on the “Already registered? Click here to login.“ link at the top of the page. Login to your S&Y account if you have one, or create a new account at the end of the page.
- If you checkout as a registered customer, and you have entered billing and shipping addresses for your account, these will be populated in the Billing Address and Shipping Address sections of the page. If you choose to checkout as a guest, you will need to enter this information yourself.
- Please note you cannot ship to a Post Office Box.
- You can choose a payment option in “Your order” i.e either COD or debit/credit card, net banking etc.
- Please review all details closely and then click on the red “Place Order“ button to confirm your order.
- You will be redirected to our secured payment gateway, PayuBiz incase of a credit/debit card, net banking etc. transaction.
- Enter your credit or debit card information or choose your bank for net banking transactions, and click “Submit” along the bottom of the page.
- Depending on the type of card you own you might be directed to another site in order to verify your online password. Otherwise, you’re done! Congratulations and thank you for shopping with Stoleandyarn.com.
- Your payment is processed in real time and within a few seconds you will receive a confirmation email from PayuBiz, and another one from us.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email/sms from our courier partner regarding the status of the shipment and tracking number. You can visit the courier’s website, and enter the tracking number should you wish to see where your shipment is.
- You can also check your shipment status on our website through “Track My Order” in the footer. The courier partner along with the Tracking ID will be displayed for your order.
